FAQs 

Can’t find my tickets what do I do?

Check your junk mail (they could have landed there), or login to the falkirkfest.co.uk website where you bought your tickets. An account will have been created under the email used for purchase. A password reset can be undertaken if you didn’t set up a password at point you bought the tickets. Tickets can be downloaded from there.

Failing that we have a box office at main entrance who can help with lost tickets as they have a full digital list of tickets purchased. You will need your name & email used for order and ID so tickets can be resent.

Where do I park?

You can park in the usual park car parks. No parking at the high flats at all. Event parking is at the top of estate avenue. If drinking please use public transport, taxi’s or get a lift home.

Do you accept card or cash?

We will accept both on the day and so will most of the traders.

How do I access the arena?

The park can be accessed from all main entrance points as usual. The arena is situated behind Calendar House and the main gate is on the west side with access from the mini golf area. No access from South or East sides of the arena.

Ticket scanning will be carried out after a bag search is undertaken.

Why are bags being searched?

All bags will be searched as items such as glass, sharp objects, liquids including alcohol, drugs and fireworks will not be allowed into the arena. Items will be removed by security and binned at the main entrance. Please leave these items at home.

How does the bar work ?

We operate with tokens. You buy tokens from the token queue at the side of the bar and use them to purchase drinks. This speeds up the service and hopefully keeps queues to a minimum. Information will be clearly visible at the bar as to how these operate and the price of drinks. These are non refundable so only buy what you need. 

Rollover Bar Tokens – how do I collect?

Don’t worry we have a list and these can be collected from the box office. We will require: Your Name and Email from the original Vibration Festival order as well as ID/bank card in the same name. Tokens will not be handed out without these details and proof of ID.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can bring food/picnic with you however all bags will be searched and any open bottles, cans or containers with alcohol will be confiscated. 

Can I bring alcohol?

No! This is a licensed area and like a bar you are not permitted by law to bring in your own alcohol. Any alcohol found at baggage search will be confiscated and binned. This includes if you’ve decanted into a personal bottle (entry would be refused). 

Anyone found in the arena with their own alcohol/drinks will be asked to leave immediately

Can I bring in any drinks/cans/bottles?

Water will be available inside so all drinks bottles, etc must be empty on arrival or you will be asked to pour it out at main gate. This sadly is avoid any issues with alcohol being brought into the arena.

Can we leave and come back?

There is a no re check in policy at this event. Once your ticket has been scanned it is invalid for further use. If you are passing children over to other family friends then security will allow this at main gate. 

Can I bring a camping chair? 

Yes you can Bring a camping chair but these will not be allowed inside or within 20m to main tent or silent disco for safety reasons.

What time does it close?

11.00pm. Bar shuts at 10:45pm
