FalkirkFest is a live music festival set in the heart of Callander Park, celebrating the biggest songs and artists of all time through top-class tribute acts. The Gates open at 1pm. Our first band is on stage at 1.30pm so get in sharp, get your spot for the day and don’t miss a thing!
Last band finishes at 23:00hrs where the venue will close.
No, parking is free and cars can be parked in the usual park car park, or any other Falkirk public parking locations. Please do not park at the High Flats or block any business access within the park. Accessibility parking is available by request only (Form at base of the home page)
All tickets are e-tickets and are emailed out to your email account used at point of purchase. If you have not received your tickets please check junk mail firstly, then get in touch if they are still not found. We can easily reissue.
Falkirk Fest has a no re-entry policy. Unless permitted by security at the entry gate on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons or emergencies.
Yes, please bring in food and snacks if you desire. We have great food vendors site so there is plenty opportunities to sample their delights instead. Please bear in mind no metal cutlery and bags will be fully searched at the gate. Items may be removed by security if found. No trolleys, bags only.
No drinks can be taken into the venue – a doctor’s note will permit food/drink required for medical conditions. Cups of water are available at the bars free of charge. You can also bring in an empty water bottle at refill at the water station on site.
Small folding camping chairs are permitted. There will be a designated area for these to be placed in. Please note camping chairs must be removed from their carry bags for inspection upon entry. No gazebos or blankets can be taken into the venue.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled, or postponed, or there is a material change to the event. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in our opinion, makes the event materially different to the event that any purchaser of a ticket could reasonably expect. A change to the artists performing at the event shall not be a material change. Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Falkirk Fest will not be liable for the payment or any compensation of personal expenses related to the event.

Dogs are not permitted, except assistance dogs.
Small umbrellas are permitted in the standing areas but not permitted within the tented areas.

Do not bring glass containers – including perfume and aftershave.
Children may remain in the venue until close (23:00hrs).
Feel free to hand off children to family members and enjoy the event to the end without them. Security will help facility this if required at the main gate.
The site is reasonably flat and compact so easy to get around for those with mobility problems and those with small children. There will be priority parking for those with mobility problems close to the festival site. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets in the festival arena.
Personal Assistant/Carer tickets, are available on request
Assisted viewing area can be accessed.
Accessible parking and assistance dog can also be requested.
