Stages: Main stage will be situated under a Circus Tent, and Silent Disco under a Star Marquee
Parking: All parking for event will be in the main park car park (West of Callendar House). There will be no parking allowed down near the house or high flats
Food & Drink: Everyone will be allowed to bring in their own food to enjoy throughout the event if they wish. We will be bringing in 3 premium local street food traders to give attendees the option to choose to buy food also. All bags will be searched at the entrance and no alcohol will be allowed in the event at all. There is an event bar for all your drinks and refreshments. Bar tokens will be available to purchase at the side of bar and can be redeemed at the bar for all drink purchases.
Tickets: There are adult tickets (16+), child tickets (5 to 15) and infant tickets (0 to 4). Infant tickets are free. Child ticket holders must attend with an adult ticket holder who is 18 years or older. A maximum of 4 children ticket holders will be admitted with an adult ticket holder.

No, parking is free and cars can be parked in the main park car park accessed from Estate Avenue.
There will be no parking in front of the high flats, or down at Calendar House, apart from accessibility parking.

All tickets are e-tickets and are emailed out to your email account used at point of purchase. If you have not received your tickets please get in touch.
You can bring your own food/picnic but not any alcohol into the festival arena. All bags will be checked at point of entry.
There will also be a number of food stalls that will cater for all tastes/allergies/dietry requirements at reasonable prices and the bars stock a large range of soft and alcoholic drinks.
There will be no re-entry allowed on leaving the arena
The site is reasonably flat and compact so easy to get around for those with mobility problems and those with small children. There will be priority parking for those with mobility problems close to the festival site. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets in the festival village. Personal Assistant tickets, viewing area access, accessible parking and assistance dog can now be requested.
